1999 Wolf Blass Reserve Eden Valley Chardonnay

Deep straw colour, verging on pale gold. Barrel fermented characteristics appear on the nose, with notes of honey, butterscotch yeast lees, honey and almonds – showing some early developed characters. The palate has weight, with flavours of honey and biscuit over cinnamon and spice followed by tropical fruit. Soft acid finish, with tropical fruit and cinnamon aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
