1999 Willow Bridge Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson, mauve colour. Outstanding nose with excellent penetration. Aromas of spice, violets and blackcurrants. The palate starts off a touch light, but recovers, yielding flavours of confectionary, chocolate, plum and vanilla. Good length with fine grained tannins, followed by a long vanilla, spice and blackcurrant aftertaste. Cellar 3-4 years.
