Bright straw colour. Impressive nose with Graves like aromas of confectionery, tropical fruit, spice and a hint of herbaceousness over a tropical fruit end note. On the palate there is rather straightforward flavours of tropical fruits and ripe gooseberries, with good weight and mouthfeel, but without the concentration of flavour that is easily achievable. Hint of aniseed on the back palate. Soft acid finish, with tropical fruit spice aftertaste. A well made commercial style. Cellar 1 year.
