1999 Tahbilk Shiraz

A very easy drinking red that will please wine lovers who are looking for a soft red for short term cellaring. Very deep crimson colour with crimson hue. Aroma of earth, spice, plum and liquorice. Generous mouthfeel, but only moderate length, with plum and blackpepper flavours emerging. Velvet smooth tannins, excellent balance followed by plum and blackpepper aftertaste. Quaff away!
