1999 St. Hallett Faith Shiraz

Very deep crimson mauve colour, with deep mauve edge. Aroma of vanilla, liquorice, plum and stewed fruit with dark chocolate end note. On the palate, flavours of spice, plum and sour cherries over a liquorice background. Fine grained tannins, quite dry, followed by an aftertaste of stewed fruit, spice, toasted oak and vanilla. Cellar 2 - 3 years. (2003 - 2004)
