This sparkling wine has a short mousse, fine bead with moderate persistence. Deep straw colour base wine. The nose shows good yeast autolysis, with aroma of yeast lees and biscuit. Creamy palate. Flavours of nut, yeast lees and biscuit followed by citrus on the back palate. The flavours do not carry through the length of the palate. Aftertaste of citrus and yeast lees.
