1999 Salisbury Cabernet Sauvignon

A well made quaffer. Deep crimson colour with brick red overtones. On the nose aromas of ripe plums, dark chocolate and spice. The ripe fruit characters continue on the palate with plum and stewed fruit married to a raison compot end palate flavour. Fine grained firmish tannins with aftertaste of liquorice and stewed fruits. Cellar 2-3 years.
