Grape variety: 100% Merlot (Low Yielding)
Region: A Single vineyard site in the Grave del Friuli area, in northern Italy.
Characteristics: This is a dry red with intense ruby colour, and slightly herbaceous in character. It is velvety and smooth on the pallet, showing hints of raspberries.
Serve: Room Temperature.
Try With: Red and white poultry, grills, game meats and casseroles with polenta.
