Bright pale straw colour. Lifted nose of yeast lees aromas with back notes of citrus and melon. On the palate citrus spice flavours are dominant, followed by grapefruit end flavours. Good weight, clean crisp acid finish with long citrus spice aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
