1999 Pizzini Merlot

Bright crimson colour with mauve hue. The nose displays aroma of truffle, spice and stewed fruit, followed by mulberry and cedar end notes. On the palate, flavours of mulberry and spice, with a hint of raspberry, with plum and stewed fruit in the background. Fine grained, soft tannins, followed by aftertaste of mulberry, spice and liquorice.
