1999 Peter Lehmann Grenache

You'll love to hate this wine. Medium body, crimson red colour, but relatively light given the very ripe fruit Character. The nose is a superb expression of Grenache. Fresh spice and macerated raspberry 'cordial' and liquorice aroma. Mouthfilling palate with raspberry, liquorice palate flavours followed by a spicy mixed berry end flavour. Fine grained dryish tannins are followed by a long raspberry jube and liquorice spice aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
