A very well made, meticulously structured wine, but without that special quality that produces great wine. Bright straw colour. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees, peach and melon with spice oak background. On the palate, the wine displays depth and concentration of flavour, with peach, tropical fruit and cinnamon flavours dominate. Clean acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of cinnamon, spice and peach. Cellar 3-4 years.
