Bright pale gold colour showing some bottle age. The nose is delicately perfumed with subtle notes of spice, musk, confectionary and herbal tea. The palate shows good weight with flavours of quince and ‘on the turn’ tropical fruit (almost reminiscent of Viognier). Clean acid finish with aftertaste of tropical fruit, confectionary and musk.
