1999 Orlando Lawson's Padthaway Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of cedar and spice, followed by violets and earth. The palate is showing good complexity with flavours of ripe plum, vanilla, spice and black pepper emerging, followed by nuances of liquorice and liquorice allsorts. Fine, dryish tannins, followed by a very long plum aftertaste.
