The second release of the Jacob’s Creek Reserve wines and again an impressive result. Opaque crimson mauve colour with purple hues. Aroma of spice and liquorice followed by plum and black pepper end notes. The palate flavours are generous, with flavours of ripe plum, dark cherry, spice, vanilla and liquorice emerging. Excellent palate weight, with velvet smooth tannins, followed by a long aftertaste of plum, liquorice and spice. Cellar 3-4 years.
