1999 Moss Brothers Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot Cabernet Franc

One of the most impressive Moss wines in recent years. Very deep brick red colour with dark crimson centre. The nose displays aroma of spice, blackcurrant and violets, followed by a hint of new leather and spice. The palate shows excellent length and concentration of flavour, with spicy blackcurrant and plum dominant. Fine grained, firmish but perfectly balanced tannins, followed by a very long aftertaste of spice, truffle and blackcurrant.
