A well made quaffer. Deep brick red colour. Fresh inky aromatic nose of blackpepper, blackberry and cinnamon oak. On the palate, spicy liquorice, ink and blackpepper flavours emerge. Soft acid with aftertaste of spice, blackpepper cinnamon, ink and mixed berry. Cellar 1-2 years.
