1999 Leasingham Bin 56 Cabernet Malbec

One of the best Bin 56’s of recent years. Totally opaque crimson colour with crimson mauve edges. Superb aromas of dark chocolate, blackcurrant, liquorice and spice, followed by end notes of earth and leather. The palate displays excellent depth and concentration with mouthfilling flavours of dark chocolate, spice and blackcurrant, followed by a liquorice all sorts back palate. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, followed by a long blackcurrant liquorice dark chocolate aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years. (2005 – 2006)
