Bright deep straw colour, with pale gold edges. The nose displays an excellent degree of complexity, with aroma of cashews, biscuit, yeast lees and a subtle butterscotch end note. The palate is impressive, with good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of biscuit, yeast lees and cashews are prominent. A white burgundy style – complex, perfect balance, with excellent length and aftertaste.
