1999 Gapsted Ballerina Canopy Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with brick red crimson hue. Aroma of cedar, blackcurrant, spice and stewed plum. The palate fruit is fading, with the dry chalky tannins asserting themselves. Stewed fruit flavours are evident and become overshadowed by the dry chalky tannins.
