$419.88 Dozen
Closure: Cork

Yet another very impressive, intense red from Fox Creek. The ‘Short Row’ refers to the rows of vines which are adjacent to the cellar door and are trellised using the Scott Henry technique, whereby the growing canes are split in a vertical direction. The wine was matured in a combination of American oak (90%) and 2 year old French oak (10%) for 12 months. Totally opaque, crimson black colour. The nose is restrained at the moment, but will evolve over time. Aroma of vanilla, blackberry, liquorice and spice are evident. Mouthfilling palate flavours. Intense flavours of ripe blackberry, spice and vanilla with peppery back palate. Fine grained firmish tannins, followed by very long aftertaste of blackpepper and spice. Cellar 4-5 years.
