Bright pale straw colour. Aroma of yeast lees, nut, spice and ripe figs. Mouthfilling nutty yeast lees palate flavours, followed by melon and fig, but spoiled on the back palate by a touch of coarseness. Aftertaste of nut, butterscotch and yeast lees. Cellar 1-2 years.
