1999 Domaine Laroche Petit Chablis

A dry white that shows strong parallels with a Blanc de Blanc base wine. Bright straw colour. The nose is slightly oxidised and displays a flinty aroma with hints of unripe pear and hazelnut in the background. The palate flavours are dry, with a flor fino quality, over a layer of mineral salts. Clean finish, followed by an aftertaste of hazelnut and flor. Cellar 3-4 years.
