A classic, restrained Coriole Shiraz that will benefit from 5-8 years cellaring. Very deep crimson colour. The nose is a delight with aroma of confectionery, vanilla, liquorice, plum, spice and blackcurrant. Mouthfilling palate, ripe plum, liquorice and chocolate flavours supported by fine, firm tannins and a blackpepper back palate. Aftertaste of vanilla, plum and liquorice.
