Very deep crimson brick red colour. Aroma of cedar box with tarry oak end note. On the palate, flavours of ripe blackcurrant and plum emerge, displaying good weight and length. Fine grained dry tannins, but relatively soft, followed by long aftertaste of ripe plums and blackcurrant. Cellar 3-4 years.
