Red brick crimson colour. Medium body. The nose displays perfumed tertiary aroma of violets, spice, ripe plum and confectionary making for an appealing sniff. On the palate the flavours of ripe plum are dominant over a background of stewed fruit and soft tannins. The aftertaste is subtle, with flavours of stewed fruit and spice emerging.
