GRAPE VARIETY
Grenache.

SOIL
The soil, characteristic of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, is composed of large quartzite pebbles and sandy red clay.

HARVEST
Hand picked at the end of September.

VINIFICATION
Vinification in closed concrete vats. Grapes are de-stemmed, vatting lasts for about 3 weeks.

MATURING
Ageing in vats for 14 to 16 months.

TASTING
Colour : Intensive red.
Nose :Black fruits, blackberry jam.
Palate : Unctuous, full-flavoured with warm tannins.Can be kept more than 15 years.
