Bright very pale watery colour. Herbaceous, unripe gooseberry nose. On the palate flavours of green unripe fruit with vegetative flavours becoming dominant. Herbaceous, green capsicums are counter balanced by very crisp acid finish and a long unripe gooseberry, herbaceous aftertaste. Cellar 1-2 years.
