An attractive wine made from 52% Cabernet Sauvignon and 48% Shiraz. Medium weight, crimson colour. Aromas of spice, cedar, cinnamon, plum and blackcurrant. The palate has weight and depth of flavour. Flavours of cinnamon, spice and plum are followed by liquorice all sorts. The back palate is a touch warm with some spice emerging and a hint of mint. Soft tannins, followed by after an aftertaste of spice, cedar and plum. Cellar 2-3 years.
