A very subdued example of the style. Bright straw colour, showing some developed characteristics. Restrained aroma with grassy, herbaceous characteristics emerging. The palate has weight, but again subtle grassy asparagus flavour. Soft acid finish. Grassy, herbaceous aftertaste.
