This wine is made from the classic combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Bright straw colour. Impressive mousse, fine persistent bead. The nose displays delicate aroma of biscuit and yeast lees. Creamy palate texture, with supporting flavours of yeast lees, biscuit and a touch of grapefruit on the back palate. Crisp acid finish, followed by an aftertaste of toast, biscuit and lees.
