An impressive red. Deep crimson colour with mauve edges. The nose reveals aromas of leather, earth and truffle followed by ripe plums, blackberry, spice, vanilla and liquorice. Excellent palate weight with concentrated flavours of spice, plum and liquorice. Excellent length, fine grained dry tannins followed by very long liquorice, plum and spice aftertaste. Cellar 4-5 years.
