1998 Salomon Estate Finniss River Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep black crimson colour with deep brick red hue. The top note displays a hint of vegetal character, followed by a vegetal background flavour over a background chocolate flavour. Fine dry tannins in balance followed by an aftertaste of blackcurrant and spice with the leafy characteristic persisting.
