1998 Peter Lehmann Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with brick red edges. The nose is classic Barossa, filled with the aroma of ripe plums, blackcurrant, vanilla, cinnamon and liquorice. The palate is a touch lighter than the nose would suggest with blackcurrant, liquorice and plum being dominant. Less impressive than in previous years, but none the less a well made generous flavour filled red. Cellar 3-4 years.
