1998 Paringa Estate PE Early Release Chardonnay

This is Lindsay McCall's second label from locally grown fruit. Bright pale straw colour. The nose is very fine, displaying the influence of whole bunch pressing. Filled with the aromas of fig, melon, nut and marzipan. The palate is creamy in texture with citrus and grapefruit flavours emerging - soft acid finish, followed by nutty aftertaste.
