A most unusual Shiraz. Medium body, brick red colour. The nose provides the first indication of some unusual characteristics, with an aroma of spice, mint, cloves and iodine. The palate echoes the nose, with flavours of chocolate, iodine, plum and spice. Good palate weight, followed by fine grained tannins and an iodine liquorice end palate which extends into the aftertaste. Cellar 2-3 years.
