1998 Melbourne Wine Company Provenance Pinot Noir

A Pinot that reinforces Geelong's ability to produce excellent Pinot Noir.Medium body crimson colour. The nose has distinct varietal character and is filled with the aroma of spice, cherry and oak, all well integrated. The palate has both weight and excellent mouthfeel and balance, again it's the cherry spice flavours that are prominent and have excellent persistence. Velvet tannins followed by cherry spice aftertaste. Cellar 3-5 years.
