Bright, pale straw colour. Lifted spicy, vanilla, cinnamon oak nose, with ripe peach background. The oak is very dominant. On the palate it is the oak which drives it all, leaving behind strong flavours of cloves, cinnamon and vanilla. Soft acid finish, with lingering cinnamon cloves aftertaste. Drink now. A commercial quaffer.
