1998 Lindemans Hunter Valley Bin 9255 Semillon

Bright straw colour. Delicate nose with grassy herbaceous notes over an evolving toasted honey and spice background. Lean palate, very austere with acid levels at a very high level. The fruit flavours are subdued and the wine needs at least a decade in the cellar to develop the necessary flavour.
