1998 Kay Brothers Amery Vineyards Shiraz

An outstanding, full bodied, totally mouthfilling Shiraz. Opaque crimson purple colour, a joy to behold. The nose displays intense aromas of ripe blackberry, vanilla, blackcurrant and a hint of liquorice. A superb sniff and great introduction to the palate. A concentrate of blackberry and liquorice flavours explodes on the palate. Fine grained firmish, yet perfectly balanced tannins. Perfect balance with very long liquorice, spice, blackberry and vanilla aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years. Stocks are very limited.
