A well made, predictable - made to formula style. Bright pale straw colour. Aromas of butterscotch, peach and spice with distinct barrel ferment character. On the palate flavours of peach, melon, butterscotch and yeast lees. Slightly bitter finish and soft acidity. Cellar 1-2 years.
