1998 Clarendon Hills Brookman Cabernet Sauvignon

An outstanding wine. Very deep crimson mauve colour. The nose is almost perfumed with excellent aromas of spice, confectionery and blackcurrant. Generous full bodied palate with flavour of confectionery, spice blackcurrant and cedar. Superb oak integration. Very fine grained tannins which linger, yet are perfectly balanced and linger long into the aftertaste. Cellar 8-10 years.
