A superb wine by any measure. Almost totally opaque with classic Clarendon Hills black crimson colour. Complex nose - a sniffing experience, with aromas of spice, liquorice vanilla and confectionery. Mouthfilling palate with great complexity of flavour - wonderful juxtaposition of toasted oak and liquorice with concentrate of plum and spice on the palate. Perfect balance, dry, very fine tannins with exceptionally long spice, plum, blackberry, coffee aftertaste.
