Made from a blend of 49% Chardonnay, 46% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier.
Bright, yellow gold colour with copper tints from the Pinot Noir. An attractive array of aromas, ranging from delicate nectarine, spun sugar and nougat, to the secondary characters developed during yeast ageing, including almond kernel, toast and honey and dried fruits. Typical Chandon creaminess with flavours of honey, roasted nuts, cracked wheat and dried fruits. A soft long palate with persistent flavours and a crisp Brut finish.
