1998 Brown Brothers Patricia Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut

An outstanding sparkling, displaying finesse and elegance. Brilliant pale straw colour with full, persistent bead. The nose displays sophistication with top notes of lees and subtle toast. The palate is again refined, with a real sense of elegance, reminiscent of the N/V Louis Roederer style. Clean, balanced acidity with very long aftertaste of lees and cashew nut.
