1998 Bream Creek Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour. The nose is relatively complex being filled with aromas of spice, citrus, grapefruit, flor yeast and cashews. On the palate the cool climate flavours emerge dominated by grapefruit and followed by cashew and yeast lees. Clean crisp acidity, good length and concentration. Followed by a long grapefruit aftertaste. Cellar 3-5 years.
