1998 Andrew Garrett Spring Wood Park Pinot Noir

Already looking a touch tired. Brick red colour with tawny edges. Aroma of coffee, toasted oak and spice with a subdued cherry aftertaste. The palate flavours are light and drop off quickly. Spice, earth and leather. Slightly firm tannins, simple and lacking varietal character.
