1997 Wynns Coonawarra Estate Cabernet Shiraz Merlot

Deep crimson colour with brick red overtones. The nose displays complex, lifted aromas of blackcurrant, cedar, spice, confectionary, liquorice and coffee. Mouthfilling palate, dominated by flavours of coffee, blackcurrant and toasted oak. Excellent length and depth of flavour. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance followed by long spice, blackcurrant, cedar and liquorice aftertaste. Cellar 5-8 years.
