1997 Passing Clouds Graeme's Blend Shiraz Cabernet

Deep Crimson brick red colour. Excellent nose with aroma of cedar, violets, stewed fruits and liquorice allsorts. Full bodied generous palate with flavour of stewed fruits, spice and blackpepper in the background. Excellent length and persistence. The acidity is just a touch high. Excellent balance with fine grained tannins. Cellar 5-8 years.
