Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Region: The commune of La Morra, Barolo in the northern region of Piemonte.
Production: Traditional floating cap fermentation in therm- conditioned stainless steel tanks, with automatic pump over systems for 7-10 days. Ageing is in small oak barrels.
Characteristics: A velvety, delicately perfumed Barolo with a Rose and Violet bouquet. It can be appreciated after only several months in the bottle but will continue to improve and develop its elegance for 15-20 years.
Serve: at room temperature and double decant.
Try With: Tasty salami and some mature cheese
